Service Description

A move-in/move-out is for all empty homes and is our most intensive clean with a team of 3-4 Mi Casa Clean Pros to tackle the project. This includes all deep clean points, plus hand detail of all blinds, windows, baseboards, interior cabinets and interior appliances. It doesn't get any cleaner than this! Please refer to the Home Cleaning tab for a checklist of all details covered in a move-in/move out clean. *Est. 4-5 hours with 3-4 cleaners based on home size. The appointment duration is an approximate estimation of the time to complete the clean, sight unseen. We do not charge by the hour and you will not be charged extra if the project takes longer than estimated.
