How many cleaners do you send?This varies based on home size, but typically you'll receive a team of 3 cleaners for the average sized home. Smaller homes, such as apartments, may receive a team of 2, while a move-in/out clean will receive 4 cleaners. You will NEVER receive just 1 cleaner as we prioritize high-quality service and efficiency. We understand your time is valuable and you don't want to spend all day at home while 1 cleaner services your home.

When am I charged for service?Service is charged at time of booking to give you the best experience and service you deserve. This avoids billing issues in the field, allows our cleaning team members to focus solely on servicing your home to our high standards, and helps ensure consistency of work for our team. Because we are a locally owned business, and not freelancers, you can rest assured knowing you won't be "ghosted" or "scammed", an unfortunate trend with freelancers in the industry.

What kind of cleaning products do you use?We utilize eco-friendly brands like Method, Dr. Bronner's, 7th Generation, Attitude & more. We avoid using bleach and ammonia cleaners for your health and the health of our team.

Do you charge a pet fee if I have pets?No, we do not charge pet fees. We utilize a flat rate pricing model to keep things simple. Plus, we love pets, and do not want to charge more for furry friends! At booking, we ask if you have pets in the home, just so we know what to expect upon arrival. Of course, if pets are not fond of guests in the home, we ask that you please secure pets for the safety of our team.

Can I get a custom quote for my home?Mi Casa Home Services offers flat-rate pricing based on square footage. Simply answer a few questions under the "Get a Quote" tab and we'll send over your pricing. We don't charge pet fees, "extra dirty" fees, or a 2 story fee. The price you see is all you pay!

How do I know who will service my home?Rest assured, all cleaning team members are background checked and trained to the Mi Casa clean standards prior to starting in the field. Upon arrival, our cleaning team lead will introduce the team prior to beginning service. If you have questions or concerns during your service, the team lead is happy to assist and you're also welcome to text or call our office.

We accept debit & credit card payments at time of booking. All invoices must be paid 24 hours prior to service or appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment with 24 hours notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment. All invoices must be paid 24 hours prior to service or appointment will be cancelled.
